Returns

Due to the nature of our products and the fact that many orders are custom-made or produced in bulk, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged during shipping
  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing fault
  • The wrong item was shipped

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear photos and order details.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Bulk or wholesale orders once approved and shipped
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer

Refunds

If a return request is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund or replacement based on the situation.

Refund options may include:

  • Partial or full refund (depending on the issue)

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), VGL Home Design Pvt. Ltd. will assist in resolving the issue and may cover the return shipping costs.

For other approved return cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
